Home Sales & New Resident Approval

Comanche Wells Mobile Home Park does not rent homes or facilitate the sale of homes within the park. Homes are privately sold by the current homeowner, either directly or through a real estate agent retained by the homeowner.

The rental of homes/rooms within the park is prohibited by the Park’s Rules & Regulations.

Prospective buyers must complete a New Resident Meeting/Orientation with the Board of Directors before they can be approved for residency in Comanche Wells. Approval is required prior to the buyer moving into the park.
