Our clubhouse is a large mixed-use space which holds several events every month! It is well equipped with Wi-Fi, a full kitchen & coffee bar, along side a lounge area with a big screen TV, stereo system, and even our very own library of books & movies! You can also find a myriad of resident-sponsored arts and crafts meetups.

Comanche Wells is pleased to offer our residents & their guests access to year-round swimming, with an indoor pool & indoor jacuzzi, as well as an outdoor pool area!

In addition to our exercise room, the clubhouse offers two regulation sized pool tables, and a place for our residents to play cards, including weekly poker games. On the property you can find a Bocce Ball court & Regulation Shuffleboard courts.

Comanche Wells has many resident-run committees that help with activities, meetups, and supporting the well-being of our community. Our Resident-Volunteers are the reason the committees exist, and these committees are how we are able to maintain such a low cost-of-living for our residents! Some of the Committees you can join are: Art, Architecture, Bingo, Election, Memorial, Recreation, Sunshine & Sympathy, Welcome… and even more!

Many of our residents enjoy traveling, and do so in their own RV or Trailer. Comanche Wells has three separate storage lots for RVs, Trailers, 5th Wheels, small boats, etc. All of these lots also have hookups for use when our residents need to get everything ready to roll out! While we don’t allow anyone to live in their RV/Trailer, we make storing these vehicles as easy as possible.

Our community hosts a monthly state-sanctioned BINGO hall, as well as a yearly Park Sale (similar to a garage/yard sale), and an Arts & Crafts Fair. These are run by our Resident Committees — Bingo Committee & Recreation Committee — alongside many other committee organized-&-run activities you can find here!
